When you book a listing appointment with us we come prepared with knowledge of the current market in your area, a marketing plan, and a rough idea of what you could list your property for. Once we have had our initial listing appointment, been to the property and gathered all the details we need, we will create a comparative market analysis (CMA) with our suggested listing price compared to other houses that are listed or have sold in the last year. When listing with us our sellers are given a few perks to make the selling process smoother for them.
